SGP series gantry robots come in three different models as 200-LT, 300-MD and 300-HD. Thanks to the mesh cage structure developed by ADMEX and tens of hours of FEA studies for all our models, they are the most rigid body gantry robots in their class.
With the advanced engineering of ADMEX, the axis dimensions and cross-sections, foot sizes and heights, drive systems of all models have been developed at a specific frequency level that will provide the necessary dynamic rigidity even under the most difficult conditions.
X axes are made from ADMEX’s standard STN series tracks. ADMEX STN series tracks are best in class with 10,000km life, 0.01mm repeatability and speeds up to 2m/s. STN series tracks make our SGP series pillar type gantry robots much more rigid, sensitive, fast and long-life than their competitors.

The X-axis can be extended up to 40 meters in one-meter steps by adding 2.3 and 4-meter modules to each other. If the application requires a longer X-axis, the cable length limitation should be considered. The X-axis limit disappears when the robot controller is placed on the pillar.
