SGB series gantry robots come in three different models as 300-OH, 300-OG and 300-RG. Thanks to the mesh cage structure developed by ADMEX and tens of hours of FEA studies for all our models, they are the most rigid body gantry robots in their class according to their volume.
With the advanced engineering of ADMEX, the axis dimensions and cross-sections, foot size, drive systems of all models have been developed at a specific frequency level that will provide the necessary dynamic rigidity even under the most difficult conditions.
In the SGB-300-OH version, the X, Y and Z axes consist of standard modules of the SGS series.
In the SGB-300-OG version, the X axis consists of ADMEX STN series tracks, and the Y and Z axis consists of SGS series gantry modules.
The SGB-300-RG version, on the other hand, consists of the X-axis and SGS series Y and Z axes developed entirely unique to this version.

The X-axis can be extended up to 40 meters in one-meter steps by adding 2, 3 and 4-meter modules to each other. If the application requires a longer X-axis, the cable length limitation should be considered. The X-axis limit disappears when the robot controller is placed on the pillar or Y axes.
The Y-axes can be extended up to 16 meters in one-meter steps by adding 2, 3 and 4-meter modules to each other.
