ADMEX Gantry Systems

ADMEX Advanced Motion Experts has long experience in development, manufacturing and
installation of gantry systems.

The completely New ADMEX Gantry Systems has many new developed features and this brochure will give a brief description of what can be delivered.

There are 3 different series.

The Base Gantry Systems, the SGS Series for X-Y-Z movements for robot weights from 300 kg up to 2.500 kg.

The Bridge Gantry Systems, the SGB Series, for applications with long X strokes for robot weights up to 300 kg.

The Pillar Gantry Systems, the SGP Series, also with X-Y-Z movement and rotating functionality on the pillar, for robot weights up to 300 kg.

ADMEX Gantry Systems are designed for high performance, high quality and long lifetime.

ADMEX Gantry Systems can be equipped with our patented telescopic Z-stroke as an option if
the ceiling height in the factory is low.

ADMEX Gantry Systems are available for all types and brands of industrial robots.
Just specify which robot model you will use and we will help you with selecting the right
specifications of motors and drives to be able to reach the best performance.

ADMEX Gantry Systems are available with XYZ, YZ or Z axes options, with up to 4 robots at one gantry system.

ADMEX Gantry Systems are suitable for all kind of robotics applications. Particularly arc welding, material handling, packaging and machine tending.

ADMEX products are designed to be compatible with each other, you can use other ADMEX products such as Robot Positioners and Robot Linear Tracks (robot tracks / robot slider) in your production system.
